Gycom Nordic AB, the electrical components and solutions agency, is bringing their entire product range online with the help of inRiver PIM. With over 45 000 items, ranging from electrical components to industrial automation and installation technology, Gycom is now ensuring their customers get cutting-edge product information both online, on mobile and in print.

Gycom wanted to display all their products in an easy an accessible manner to help their customers find what they are looking for. Some of their products have a complexity that requites detailed and precise product information, and Gycom wants to provide their customers with the best possible information – both technical and logistical - to support them in their decision process and purchase.

“To build cutting-edge product information, we selected inRiver PIM. The solution gives us a faster time-to-market for our products and an easier way of managing our assortment from start to finish for all our sales channels. We now also have a clear PIM process that gives us a good workflow, and a single collaboration point for all our product information. We went live about two months ago, and with this setup we can now quickly and easily bring our products onto the market, in 4 languages. And we can manage all of this with less resources than before” says Håkan Svärd, CIO, Gycom Nordic AB.

“We are very proud to see that a successful company like Gycom selects our PIM platform as their tool for reaching excellence in their customer service by making information easily available. Their PIM process and commitment is remarkable, and we believe this will be a significant part of their success. We are looking forward to seeing their continuous work with their product information” says Niclas Mollin, CEO at inRiver.
