In order for a customer to be able to get the desired result from an inRiver Print implementation, you will need to properly analyze the requirements, recommend the right solution and carry out a professional implementation all the way through from start of the project right up to the finished project.
In the "inRiver Print for Partners" training, you will learn how to analyze the current publications, identify customer requirements, and learn how to set up and administer the inRiver Print plugin. You will also learn how you configure attributes and attribute sets, how to use formatters, how to create object templates in InDesign, and understand when customization is needed. With this knowledge you will be able to propose a solution that suits that particular customer, and implement the different customizations.
The participant needs to have knowledge of how the inRiver Marketing Model conceptual works, and understand the different enrichment phases of inRiver PIM (Supply, Enrich, Plan & Release and Publish).
Appropriate further knowledge is inRiver Business Consultant training or equivalent. Having worked with inRiver implementation projects and having experience from working with inRiver clients is beneficial. Knowledge of working with InDesign is also beneficial.
Bring your own laptop with an appropriate version of InDesign CC installed, as well as the associated inRiver print plugin installed. The inRiver installation files are available on our Wiki, http://wiki.inriver.com/wiki/academy-downloads.
