Mariana heads up our Customer Success team in Europe.

Mariana has worked in Customer Success for 12 years, building CS operations from scratch in various organizations, including her own venture. She specializes in driving relevant change and growth outcomes with long-lasting revenue impact.

Mariana has experience in Customer Success across various industries, including SaaS, Retail, Biotech and Legal Services. Her core expertise is building value-driven teams with process optimization focus. Mariana joined inriver as Director of Customer Success EMEA in October 2022.
