How much? So much that 62% of consumers would reconsider their purchase if retailers better communicated the environmental impact of delivery. And…47% of consumers would pay more for upcycled materials. Transparency matters. Businesses must listen to what their buyers are asking for. It’s good for the environment, but also ensures a better customer experience for a win all around.
